We recieved our extra thick frappe milkshakes via delivery. We got an oreo & vanilla, and strawberry & matcha flavors. The strawberry matcha ice cream tasted more like vanilla to me not enough matcha or strawberry, yet it was still tasty. It was just not what I wanted per say. The oreo & vanilla flavor was good. I have never dined in but have had other takeout experiences with them that was better than this order which is why I am still rating them high. Overall good place; it can just be a hit or miss with the flavors in milkshake form. The scoops of ice cream is delightful.

Emack & Bolio’s is hands down one of the best ice cream spots in Albany! The atmosphere is so fun and inviting—colorful, quirky, and full of charm. It’s the kind of place where you instantly feel happy the moment you walk in. The outdoor seating area is perfect on a nice day, and the whole setting makes it a great spot to hang out with friends, family, or even just treat yourself. On top of that, the ice cream is creamy, delicious, and full of unique flavors you won’t find anywhere else. A perfect combination of great vibes and amazing ice cream!

Awesome place for ice cream and treats. Really good selection and wonderful flavors and plenty of options for extras. The staff is awesome and very knowledgeable about the items. Inside and outside seating available. Clean well maintained and comfortable.

Omg delicious vegan chocolate pudding and vegan coffee cookie! Cute little place! There's vegan milks for coffee, vegan cookies, and vegan ice cream cakes! Small (couple of inches) ramp to enter. Large ADA gender neutral restroom.

A+ for ice cream flavor variety, although only three vegan options were offered; one of which was a sorbet. There are seats for dine-in and customer service was excellent at the time. Prices are steep, as I paid $8.37 for a single scoop and waffle cone. The ice cream lacks in richness but makes up in flavor. They also make ice cream cakes and ice cream-infused coffee drinks!
